Getting started with GitHub Source Accounts
To set up a new Source Account, you must have a GitHub account with at least one repository to provide access to Trend Micro Cloud One.
Adding a Source Account
In the GitHub Console
Sign in to the GitHub account from which you will integrate source repositories.
In the Trend Micro Cloud One Console
- At the bottom of the Trend Micro Cloud One console, select the Integrations tile.
- In the left pane, select Developer Integrations, then go to the GitHub tab.
- Select + New to begin the GitHub App setup wizard.
- In the new window, select Continue.
- In the upper-right corner of the new window, select Install.
- From the list of organizations, select the one with the source repositories that you want to integrate with Trend Micro Cloud One.
- Select the repositories you wish to connect to Trend Micro Cloud One, then select Install.
- Select which Trend Micro Cloud One account you want to link to GitHub, then select Continue.
- Provide an alias and a description for the GitHub account, then select Continue.
Updating an existing Source Account
- At the bottom of the Trend Micro Cloud One console, select the Integrations tile.
- In the left pane, select Developer Integrations, then go to the GitHub tab.
- Select the GitHub account you wish to update.2``
- Edit the relevant fields, then select Save.
Listing your Source Accounts
Your GitHub Source Accounts will automatically be listed on the Source Accounts page in the GitHub tab.
Removing an existing Source Account
- At the bottom of the Trend Micro Cloud One console, select the Integrations tile.
- In the left pane, select Developer Integrations, then go to the GitHub tab.
- Select the GitHub account you wish to remove. Make sure the correct account is highlighted, then select Delete.
- A confirmation window will appear. Select Delete to complete removal.
