Communication Recipients
| Location | Main Dashboard > Select {Account} > Settings > Communication settings > Update communication settings > Configure {Email} or {SMS} > Add recipients now |
While configuring Email communication and SMS communication, you can select users who will receive notifications from the recipients list. The list is populated with users who have access to the account for which the communication settings are getting configured, and have at least Read Only access.
Note: For SMS communication, only those users whose numbers have been verified while adding the mobile number will be shown on the recipients list.
