Change your billing method

With Trend Cloud One, you can change from your current billing method to another one. For details on billing methods, see About billing and pricing.

Change from BYOL billing

To change from bring-your-own-license (BYOL) billing to another method, simply sign up for the other method. For instructions, see Sign Up for Trend Cloud One.

Change from AWS subscription billing

First, cancel your current AWS subscription billing:

Log in to the AWS console and go to AWS Marketplace > Manage Subscriptions > Trend Micro Cloud One.
In the Agreement section, select Actions > Cancel subscription.
Confirm you want to cancel your subscription.

It may take up to two hours for your cancellation to be processed.

After cancelling your subscription, your account moves to a 2-day free trial to allow you to select another billing type.

Change from Azure subscription billing

First, cancel your current Azure subscription billing:

Log in to the Azure portal and go to the SaaS page.
Select the Trend Micro Cloud One subscription.
Select Cancel subscription.
Confirm you want to cancel your subscription.

After cancelling your subscription, your account moves to a 2-day free trial to allow you to select another billing type.

Change from legacy Workload billing methods

These billing methods are no longer supported in Trend Micro Cloud One.

Change from credit card billing

First, cancel credit card billing:

Log in to the Workload Security console.
In the top middle of the page, click your account name (as shown below) and select Account Details from the list.
Click Cancel Subscription.
Select I have read and understood the above information and then click Cancel My Subscription.

After cancelling your subscription, your account moves to a 2-day free trial to allow you to select another billing type.

Change from prepaid credit

First, make sure you have used all remaining prepaid credits so you don’t lose them. Next, update your license:

Click your account name at the top of the page and select Account Details from the list.
Click Update License.
